Now we need to establish these policies in the workplace. too much of this goes on. Kids who bullied in school are now in the workplace doing the same thing. it is time for action!

In my opinion people who bully in the work place get fired after the first incident! As simple as that. There has to be and end to the “caveman” mentality. This is the 21st century, our survival doesn’t depend on some aggressive morons anymore! Infact they hurt society.
